Keeping up with animal fur shedding can be a handful. Whether you have a dog or a cat (or something else that sheds), the battle never seems to end. Recently, Brian Lederer, Amateur Robotics Enthusiast and Information Technology (IT) Professional, decided to give a robot vacuum a try. Previously, Lederer has featured such devices and their practical applications. But it wasn’t until recently that he realized just how useful a robot vacuum can be! Keeping up with animal fur shedding in his home has been quite the task. On a whim, Lederer decided to try out a robot vacuum, to assist in the upkeep.
What a game changer! Autonomous robot vacuums take half of the hassle of cleaning up fur right out of Brian Lederer’s schedule. He has found that the device does a fantastic job at keeping up with the shedding developments throughout his home — in real time. A warning Lederer extends to any pet owners who would like to try out this method: make sure your dog, cat or other pet(s) are comfortable with the device first! For older, anxious animals, the device may initially seem frightening. Of course, many animals are afraid of vacuums to varying degrees… But it certainly helps to familiarize your fur-shedding friend with the vacuum before leaving the device to clean up the mess while you’re away from home.
